Shipping & Delivery
Domestic: We primarily ship via USPS or UPS. All orders shipped from our West Coast facilities ship via USPS Priority mail which is a 2-3 day service. Packages shipped from our East Coast partners are shipped via UPS ground. We Ship to APOs, FPOs, and PO Boxes!We ship our products within 72 hours of receiving the order (keeping in mind weekends do not count) or less. This includes customized products from our t-shirt designer! Rush orders are available and are shipped overnight via USPS Express mail. T-shirt designer orders are shipped from our partner facility and therefore must pay for shipping from our main store and for our designer store separately.

International Orders: We ship internationally via USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail - we ship to a number of countries and in fact ship to all countries that USPS currently ships to.

Privacy & Security
We treat our customers' information just as we would treat our own. We will only contact you concerning a recent order or if you have signed up for our monthly newsletter. All information is kept private and we never share, rent, loan, lease, or sale our customers contact information in any form at any time. Your privacy is of the utmost concern and we hold your identity as sacred as our own.
Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
Replacements:All our packages are tracked so if yours gets lost or damaged in the mail please contact us if you have not received your package within one week of being notified of its shipment. We will then send out a new order or refund 100% of the order in the event you no longer want your order. Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, color, etc) you may return or exchange it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping back to us.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your item for any reason (size, color, etc) --please send back to our address above with a note requesting what you'd like to exchange for. And include your order # if you've got it (that helps speed things up!). If you have any questions about your exchange - please feel free to contact us above. Most exchanges turn around in 48 hours - but if you email us before you send your item in - and let us know what you'd like to exchange it for - usually we can have it ready to ship when your exchange gets in! (This is a must during the holidays for quick turn-around!).

Ordering
All orders and order processing is our our secure network. When you are taken to our shopping cart you will be redirected to our secure domain (https) where your information is encrypted and sent to your credit card company. You can checkout with any major credit or debit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, etc) and we also offer Google Checkout for speedy processing - for all the Google Checkout customers out there.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All orders must be purchased with a valid credit or debit card (or through Google Checkout). Please note that California residents may be required to pay state tax on their purchases. Please make sure to use any promotion codes at the time of checkout - as discounts will not be applied (besides free shipping) unless a valid coupon code is entered.
Viewing Orders
At any time you may login to your account to view the status of your order and check on any tracking information. You'll see an option for this in the top bar of this website - after you login you can then check the tab or choose the option to view your order.
